Met with IP at my college's career fair and they offered me an interview for the next day. The two interviewers were nice and knowledgeable, they had a list of questions that IP makes them ask but other than that it was more like a conversation than an interview.

Interview
This interview was secured as a result of a university career fair. After attending a company reception I was placed on the interview schedule for first round interviews. First round interviews took place on campus. Within a week 10 business days I was alerted that I would be moving to the second round. This interview took place on-site at the Vicksburg, MS mill. Within 2 weeks I was alerted about the results of the second round interview.
