I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Parsippany, NJ) in Aug 2014
Interview
Had initial phone interview with HR followed by an in-person interview with 5 people at their office that lasted around 3 hours. Very conversational and easy going, everyone I encountered was friendly. Be prepared to talk all about your interest in market research, data, and how your experiences can relate to the position.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026

It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
