Interview
There's an initial conversation with HR, from there you meet with management. There is typically a very basic interview where you discuss your experience and basic interview questions. You have to display that you'll be a fit with corporate culture (i.e. work hard, open to social events, etc.).
First round was a phone screen with recruiter, then proceeded with a group interview, and lastly interview with VP of the team. The process took about a month. Communication was consistent throughout
First, a phone interview was conducted to determine the time for an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted one hour and primarily assessed individual abilities; it required a presentation to illustrate a case study.

Why did you choose this position and this company?
It was straightforward and an easy process. I was not hired, but they did send me a polite rejection email. You are asked questions about research processes, as well as experiences.
