The entire interview process was very professional and utilized the STAR method for interviewing. I met with a panel and the interview was 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Very poorly executed, disjointed.
The manager did not seem interested and focused on the interview.
Offered the job and declined could not work for the organization, turnover seems to be high

I was denied from 2 out of 3 jobs I applied to. The 3rd one I actually got to interview for. They stated I would hear between 2-3 weeks. I never received a call or email. It was until I logged onto my profile and saw they pursued other candidates.
