Interview
In general, a typical interview process at John Deere consists of two interview rounds. One with HR (initial interview) basically an initial screening - nothing deep on the actual role. The second interview is with the hiring manager (your manager) and this one is more deep into your skills and knowledge of the specific area you are applying to.

It was a good process. It was mult-stages and everyone I communicated with were very friendly. They really helped me along the way. It was fun experience that I enjoyed very much so.

Two technical round one managerial round. Interviewers are friendly and considerate in nature. I think process is bit lengthy and HR do not share feedback on time. I waited for almost two weeks for feedback and then gave up.
