Interview
I applied online through a career fair. They contacted me a week later to set up a interview at the fair. I had two first round interviews with senior brand managers followed by a final interview with a director. Shortly after the final interview they contacted me about the position.

Question 1
Business Case: If you had to double sales on your favorite brand how would you do it?
Business Case: If you were the brand manager on Frito-Lay and you were about to release Baked Lays, how would you decide whether to launch or not
The team head was kind of mean, which I could tell from our conversation details/her manner. I guess it would not be a nice experience working with her.
The overall interview process was smooth and efficient though, you don’t have to wait for a long time to hear from them after first round screening.

Interview
The HR department's clear stance on not considering individuals with temporary visas, like bride visas or postgraduate visas, even if they are willing to downgrade, is concerning. While transparency is appreciated, this policy risks overlooking valuable talent and limiting the company's competitiveness in the market. Balancing legal compliance with inclusivity is crucial. It's hoped the company reconsiders its approach to ensure it can attract and retain top talent effectively.

The recruitment process involved a comprehensive cognitive assessment, an initial interview accompanied by a task, and a final interview. Following these stages, I received a clear and timely offer/no offer decision. Throughout the process, the HR and talent teams were exceptionally helpful, providing valuable insights, answering all queries thoroughly, and maintaining excellent communication.
