Interview
I applied online at Journey's. About 2 days later the manager called to ask if I was available to interview the next day. I was hoping it was not a group interview because I have never been to one before but of course it was. We interviewed in the food court and it was pretty laid back.. It actually wasn't that bad. It was me 3 other girls and a guy. I made sure to answer all of the questions first, smile and make eye contact with the manager. I think I did well and hopefully I get a call back in 1 week.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
