Interview
Typical mall type job interview. Had an one-on-one interview followed by a group interview. Met with the co-manager and head manager. Make sure to speak up during group interview; most of the questions had to do with handling customer service. There was some role-playing to work through handling an angry customer and how to make the customer happy.

Interview
It was very awkward, i talked to the assistant manager and he asked me a few questions. After a little more conversation he got up and left, shortly after the actual store manager came and pretty much asked me the same questions. Maybe it was a test? well other than that the interview was really easy and both of those managers ended up being the best managers i've ever had.
