Interview
First they call and have a 5 min interview, if you pass you receive a case study (it varies every time) of old cases. you send the presentation and if you pass that phase you get to present to them. Finally, if you pass that as well, you will have your final interview with HR.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kantar (Brussels)
Interview
Long process, didn’t seem like they knew what they wanted. Your experience doesn’t matter but rather how likeable you are. A former employee told me to avoid and I’m glad I did.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kantar (Ho Chi Minh City)
Interview
The interview process has way too many rounds—it took a whole month from me: from the CV screening, to the online test, HR interview, case study test, and then (if I pass the case study) another HR interview. It’s ridiculous. If the case study is so important, why not do it first? That way, you don’t waste the applicant’s time.
Let me spoil this for you—the online test? You can find it on YouTube and practice from there. The HR interview? Tons of references online, and they ask the same questions. Just make sure you’re ready for marketing and branding-related stuff because that’s what they focus on.
About the online test: 45 minutes to go through an Excel file with so many questions—2 big ones, each with 2–3 follow-ups. You also have to prepare a presentation (charts are a must), and it all has to be done in English, which isn’t even my first language. And guess what? Then they ask why this number is wrong, why that number looks weird. Wow, 45 minutes really is a lot, huh? Go hire a genius—just make sure you pay them fairly. I’m not perfect, and honestly, to me, the manager was rude.
Good luck, guys.
