I interviewed at Kantar in Apr 2023. The process is quite standard, with three rounds of interviews. 1st - HR screen call 2nd - Hiring manager call 3rd - case study and presentation to client team Overall, the 1st and 2nd interviews were quite pleasant. I felt they genuinely want to understand about me and my motivations. However, the interview with the client team was disorgnasied. Although I understand they want to test how I behave under pressure, they have carried away with their role play and became quite disrespectful during the interview. And the two interviewers didn’t always align on what to do next. Ive been interrupted multiple times - when I was answering experience about leadership skill, one interviewer stopped me and told me it is okay to say I don’t have (except I do have but I’ve been interrupted). When is my turn to ask question, I asked about their motivation to work for Kantar the answer was with this is Kantar… I sincerely hope Kantar team can make everyone feel at least respected throughout the interview process.
