Kearney & Company Interview Questions

3 rounds of interviews in the same day with 3 different personnels at different level of management: Senior Manager, Principal and a Partner. Each round is timed 30 minutes but might take less.

Initial phone interview in less than a week after applying on the website. The email to schedule a second interview with the hiring manager was received about two weeks afterward.

Pre screened , then spoke with corporate recruiter to focus eligibility and then Formally interviewed with team lead. Took a long time between each step, but was communicated with in between each phase.

Very conversational. They asked mostly behavioral questions. They want to mostly make sure that your personality works well with the values of the company. I had two interviews the same day. One was with a partner and one was with a senior manager.

After my final round interview, my buddy congratulated me on getting the offer but I got a phone call the next day from the interviewer saying I didn't make it and it was a mistake. Ridiculous by HR.

Very basic, you speak with someone from HR and they set you up with two back-to-back zoom interviews. I met with an SM and a Principle. The SM that I met with was very rude and made several backhanded and borderline offensive remarks about myself and my work experience. She also spent most of the interview talking about herself and her background, to the point of condescension. The Principle that I met with was absolutely fantastic. Overall, a very weird experience.

Applied online. Received a phone interview and finally an in-person interview. Both interviews largely revolved around my resume and work experience. Some additional questions relating research experience and how well I work with others.

Very positive and well done. I felt like I was apart of the family. I was very comfortable. I appreciated the entire process, and I look forward to working with them.

The interview process was done in two rounds, the first being done with 1 interviewer and the second with 3 interviewers. The first was based more on experience and reviewing the resume. The second interview consisted of 3 interviews with 3 different employees for them to get an idea of your character and how well you would fit in with the culture.

The interview was very relaxed and conversational. My interview had 2-3 typical behavioral questions. but let the conversation flow wherever I steered it. He seemed pleased with my answers and the experiences on my resume and asked me to elaborate on anything he was curious about.
