I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2013
Interview
I went to a career fair on campus and spoke with a recruiter. Got a phone call that night to confirm an interview the next morning. There were 3 people conducting the interview. Overall it was a good experience, they were friendly and made a genuine effort to understand if you are a good fit. I felt they gave you a good chance to demonstrate why you are a good fit. They challenged you on questions but did not try to purposely stump you or belittle you for not knowing the correct answer. In about 2 weeks after the interview they sent me an offer.

Interview
well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
