It was a very easy phone screening to get to round 2 of interviews. They asked the typical screener questions like strengths and weaknesses. At the end of the call, I was offered to go to Kansas for round 2 of interviews.

Had a phone call with recruiter then a recorded hirevue interview (prompted to answer questions and then main interview . But this was a long time ago, process could have changed a lot

Tell me about yourself, tell me about a time (STAR format questions).
Interview was simple and straightforward, it lasted about 45 minutes. Basically only asked about your resume, what are your short term goals are, and why you want to work at Kiewit.

Met them on campus at a career fair, got called back for an interview and then was told to apply online. Then got flown in for another face to face interview at their Lenexa, KS office.
