I was really encouraged when I first heard from Kimley-Horn. They had reached out a day after I submitted my application sharing that they wanted to schedule an initial 15-minute phone interview with me. I had prepared for hours and thought the interview went well. I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter to thank them for their time, and during the interview, they indicated they would follow up with me within the next 1-2 weeks. It's been 5 weeks now and nothing. They've also continued to repost the role on LinkedIn. An automated rejection email is better than nothing, but they couldn't even do that courtesy.
