Interview
I had two separate interviews, one with human resources, and one with an assistant manager. When I met them, they just loved me, they complimented me on my attire, friendly attitude, and smile. After my interview I was given the job, and I started two days after. I trained for about two weeks; they were shocked as to how fast I learned the cashier; and that's when they started training me for other departments.

Name a time you had a difficult customer, and how did you handle the situation?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
