Interview
I was interviewed in 2007. Very basic, it was more or less geared to see if I was well acclimated to interacting with people and to see if I could perform basic job functions. It isn't difficult to get the job at Kmart if you make it to the interview.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
Straight forward applied interviewed chit got a call came in to an inperson inter view manager and another associate. Asked passed jobs I was in school asked about working weekends and over time how I dealt with stressful situations s
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
