Applied for lateral associate role. First round interview was pretty cool because I got to talk to two associates that also were lateral hires. Pretty standard case interview. Did second round with a couple managers and a partner but didn’t advance

Resume screen followed by recruiter call followed by case study with 2 associates (one business, one market sizing) then a final round of case interviews with 3 partners. All virtual with no take-home component.

first round was two back to back cases that were not difficult if you do your research and study their common case types people were nice interviewers want to help you succeed
