Walk-in and had a very smooth interview process with the manager during 2019. They offered me a part time role but shift schedule was full time due to peak period.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2015
Interview
Quick and organized. I dropped my resume in store, had my first call on the same day and my interview booked for the following day. I got a response from the interview on the same day. A two-day training was offered right upon my contract.
The interview was calm and friendly.

- Rather long and arduous process
- Long interview questions

- Phone interview first and person interview after
- Manager was rather nice and welcoming, she was very understanding and accommodating but did expect me to work more than 15 hours (company policy for part-timers)
- Manager asked a lot of questions (perhaps almost an hour long for me because I did not do a phone interview)
- Interview was harder than most retail positions I have had as they asked very specific questions that reflected my work ethics and character
