I just had a preliminary interview. They send a form and questionnaire for you to fill out if you pass the first part. I have received the questionnaire that have it filled it out yet. It takes about 15 minutes
Great interview process in my opinion. 3 interviews for me with different personalities and positions interviewing. It was more of a conversation that interview in my opinion, which was a good sign.

The interview process in total took about a month. Started with a recruiter, then to an RVP, ASF, and funneled down to the local level. Everyone was very friendly. It was actually a pleasant process.
