Aptitude test- analysing ability to think critically. Workplace behavioural assessment- identify how you would approach a number of work-related issues. Finally, video assessment- demonstrating enthusiasm and your motivations for the role.
Online Interview consisting of five questions revolving around why Lazard and why the chosen division, as well as some more personal fit questions. For some questions, only 30 seconds of preparation time is given before the recording starts.
Diversity process straight to superday. Focused on getting to know your personality. Four thirty minute interviews online after the in person diversity programming. Overall very nice people who want to get to know you
