      Assistant Property Manager Interview

      Dec 10, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Lendlease (Houston, TX) in Oct 2011

      Interview

I received a phone call the first day, which was a set-up interview. The next day, I received a second phone interview, which set up the face-to-face interview on the third day. By the fifth day, I was receiving a phone call with an offer, which I accepted. I started work the next week.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were no difficult questions. The interviewer and I chatted for about an hour. She was testing to see if she liked my personality, as my qualifications exceeded her expectations. She was anxious to have me - that much was clear. I don't think she was trying very hard to make it difficult.
