Lewan Technology interview questions

They have a talent agent call you, get your background and then schedule an in person interview. The thing with this, they don't care if you have work at the same time they want you in for the interview because and I quote "they have 7 people they need to coordinate with so they time and date given are take it or leave it" . Working in IT this is actually insane because I am already in a great position and they assume I need this job that they are offering. The talent agent literally tried to bully me into an interview, even though I told her multiple times I cannot go to an interview on a day I work. This made the company come off that they look at themselves as the asset, not the potential employee. This was a HUGE red flag to run away. I cancelled all of the future interviews because of this.

I’ve never filled on of these out before but I had to warn people. I was treated like absolute garbage in my interview! He made the decision I wasn’t qualified for what he was looking for early on in the interview and berated me for over an hour. Pointing out my shortcomings and making me to answer for them, then further explaining why I wasn’t right for the job. I should have stopped early, but I thought I was being tested on my ability to deal with objections so I pressed on. I did learn they have a FORTY PERCENT SALESMAN PER YEAR TURNOVER (can’t imagine why). So I’d advise avoiding this position anyway. But geez guys, could have been nice to me. Took the time to print a resume and get dressed up to drive down to you. The receptionist was very nice.
