I applied through college or university. I interviewed at LivePerson (Reading, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Straightforward and relatively easy. Line Managers and Directors are hand on and helpful.
Had a 2 stages interview with 2 managers and received an offer within a week after the entire process.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and about your professional work experience so far
I applied online. I interviewed at LivePerson (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Overall, the people were nice and the questions centered around one of their current initiatives of which I felt they were trying to get some free intellectual capital out of me, so my answers were not in detail but good enough to get to the final round, yet no offer, because the response was that I wasn't the right fit. How, after meeting with 5 different people did no one speak up and say something after the 2nd interview? And here's the kicker, this company allegedly operates in a way that according to their "values" they're a great company to work at. I don't think so. If this or any company is going to "value" you as a candidate, they should take the time to give you constructive feedback and streamline their hiring process. Even if they came back to me with an offer, I would not accept.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LivePerson (Mannheim) in Aug 2020
Interview
I have applied online on LivePerson's website. After that, I have waited for 3 weeks until my CV gets reviewed.
The first interview was with the recruiter from the London office.
Everything went well, we even have discussed the next steps and agreed to meet next week.
Then the recruiter disappeared.
I have sent a follow-up email after 2 weeks, no response.
From my point of view, it is not professional.
