I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
There was a 10-15 minute phone interview first. Then there was a group interview that had 8 people in the interview. That same day I got an email asking for a follow up interview. The follow up interview consisted of phone scenarios and talking to other employees there. After that interview, I got a call the following day for a job offer.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
