The interview process is long. You interview with 3 different hiring managers. I did my interview process on zoom so basically all managers are there they asks questions and then you have a one on one session with each manager.
- Tell me about your experience

Very thorough, the job was explained well, and very responsive employer. They explained the training process very well also. They explained the job, the benefits in detail and went over the requirements for working remote.
- How I would handle an adversarial customer

There was an initial phone screening, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and a third round interview. The position was remote, though the office is located in Schenectady, NY.
- Do you have business to business (B2B) communications experience? What are your strengths?

Remote interview. Typical interview questions. Friendly people interviewing me. Started on time. Felt pretty good. Remote interview. Typical interview questions. Friendly people interviewing me. Started on time. Felt pretty good.
- what makes you qualified for this position

I applied online. I interviewed at MVP Health Care
Was very easy and straight to the point. Interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Surprised at how fast it was to get a call back as some companies take longer time
- How do you deal with difficult situations/customers?

There interview process can be a little intense. They constantly want you to be 100% and selling your work experience, personal life, and ultimately yourself. Now I know that's what interviews are for, but this seems to go a little too far for my comfort.
- How do you see yourself being a benefit for MVP

HR phone screen then virtual interview with entire team. assessment emailed to you with no warning during interview, then dictate SQL code while sitting on screen with 5 people. Very heavily focussed on specific tools and knowledge.
- Problem solving riddles, they think they are google or something.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MVP Health Care (Schenectady, NY)
Poorly executed. They don’t follow-up and close the loop on the interview so you’re usually left hanging unless you follow-up yourself. I was told I didn’t get the position and came runner-up… however, the recruiter called me about 8 months later about another opportunity and asked why I rescinded my application on the previous position I didn’t get!
- Mostly job experience questions. Very minimal behavioral questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at MVP Health Care in Jun 2021
Very disorganized Zoom call. It was a panel interview and 2 people didn't bother to keep their cameras on. I was promised a status within 2 weeks and I am still waiting months later.
- Why did you leave your last position?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at MVP Health Care
It was okay. The person doing the interview was nice but also very fast. Be ready to be asked many questions. You have to prepare and keep many experiences you've had in mind.
- Similar asked in all interviews. What are you strengths and weakness, etc.
