First, written exam was there in that they ask questions related to Verilog, VLSI, and aptitude. After 15-20 days they organized a Skype interview for the students who cleared that exam. In Skype, they ask about questions related to STA, Power Analysis, Flip- Flops, counter, ASIC Design flow and some basic question related to Verilog. All the Best!!
