I was contacted for an interview about interview 2 weeks after applying, received job offer 1 week after applying, reference check and background check. The process took a long time but went relatively smoothly. This all happened quicker than average because I was an internal applicant and already in the Mass General system as an employee

Interview process was nice. Asked about my experience and why I wanna work for them. Strengths and weaknesses. Was friendly and cooperative. Applied for the ED and med/surge. Ratios sound great
