I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was long for me, they have you wait in the front for about 30-40minutes on purpose (I now know this from working there). If the interview is short, that means you’re not getting hire, so you just wasted and hour of your time even though the interview lasted 3-5 minutes, but they had you wait in the front for 30-40 minutes.

Question 1
How would you handle being in the front desk by yourself and having a rush?
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
