Interview
I was interviewed by 1 manager and the "supervisor". They usually try to do a one-day processing since their office is in Cavite. The HR person was really nice and accommodating.
One phone interview followed by onsite with 4-5 members of the team. Met with manager and director level on site and got a tour of the office site. Mostly discussion based and no technical questions.

Interview
One of the current Supply Analyst reached out and asked behavioral questions. I did not hear back from the company for 2 weeks. Then, I received an update that the decision will be relayed in another month's time. They still have not communicated the status of my application
