Interview
At a large round table, in Person, there were a Group of 5-6 therapists, supervisors and managers asking behavioral questions with examples necessary. Friendly but very professional and a little intimidating.

Tell me about a time you had a confrontation at work. What did you do?
The main question that was different was that they asked about how I incorporate the values into my own life/career. Otherwise, very typical questions you would get at any other interview.
