Was very non-stressful. Talked with two of the hiring managers (nurse managers between regional and main campus family medicine) and they asked pretty standard questions. Asked about community service involvement, schooling, and problem solving.

I have interviewed several times with Mayo. It's worth it, everyone is wonderful. Even tho you go thru panel interviews, everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Even with the onboarding process HR is very nice and always willing to help and answer any questions.
