First interview requested was an online recorded tele-interview with no human interaction. Had opportunity to test the platform with a number of practice questions and live recordings. When ready, the first question was presented and recorded answer could be up to 3 minutes. Had three chances to present answer, but each subsequent take was erased so could not go backwards.
