Attended a networking event and followed-up with a CRA manager I had met, applied online, and was offered an in person interview. Interview was only 1 hour, 30 minute phone call with HR and 30 minute in person interview with a CRA manager. I also had to prepare a five minute presentation of a topic provided about two weeks prior to the interview

Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
