I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Madrid) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a very friendly process. The interviews were very familiar and tried to make it feel safe and comfortable. Gave space for an initial introduction on both sides, described the company main ideas, origin, foundation and representation around the world. I hold a presentation on a given topic of about 30 minutes where there was an open discussion about it. In general, there was a good impresion and the employees gave a positive feedback. Role position and tasks were discussed as well as office location, possibility of home office, expectations on carreer development and associated fellow/trainee program. In general, it was familiar, friendly, helpful, accesible and comfortable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In general, they asked about my professional interests, where would I want to focus or target my professional carreer, and what skills would I bring with me from my previous job position and associated educational background.
Interview was relaxed and pleasant overall. The interviewer briefly discussed their expectations for this role and asked some simple questions like my background and a STAR story. The interviewer kindly answered in detail all my questions.

Question 1
STAR story from my previous job where I faced a challenge
HR messaged on linked about a campus event, then proceeds to ask for full CV and cover letter for the actual job. I don't even know what they do. Was nice and polite until I send the CV and cover letter and never heard back from them!
The employees leave a positive impression, and the work environment feels welcoming. The interview process consisted of 2-3 rounds with CRAs, CTMs, and HR, and the questions were not overly challenging. It seems they simply want to get to know you.
