Interview
Na initieel geprek met HR, een face to face met vice-president van Medpace.
Gesprek was op kantoor. Hier overloopt men de jobfuctie, de day to day, wat er verwacht wordt. Vragen om te zien of candidaat bij de functie past ect.
It was a fairly standard interview process. I would recommend having good knowledge of the company and you will also be asked to do a short presentation on a topic that is shared with you 1 week befroe the interview

Interview
It took around 2 hours including a talk with the HR generalist in the end. The questions were mostly behavioral (STAR) with some technical questions pertaining to the job descriptions. Everyone was really nice and punctual.
The interview with the interviewers was clear and helps me to understand the job scope well that I have applied. Good to know there is development plan for fresh graduate joining and that the team is growing
