I applied online. I interviewed at Medtronic in Apr 2021
Interview
HR emailed me questions from the hiring manager which led to a quickly arranged Zoom call with the hiring manager. After that I had two other quickly arranged Zooms with two senior level people. Afterwards got no response from the hiring manager and after emailing HR, I was immediately informed they were moving on with another candidate. More or less was ghosted by the hiring manager. Felt like I was just being used as the backup candidate to the one they wanted to hire.
