30 minute in person with direct line manager and hr. Went through my background, my experience, some behavioural based questions and competency questions, as well as a dexterity exercise to look at your performance / speed in a specified time frame

Easy with recruitment agency. Initial contact to fill in form. Then given an aptitude test. Basic enough with some questions to see if you fit into their culture. Once that was done I was called into recruitment agency and had a brief chat. From there I was requested to do a medial. Once I recieved a medical I was offered the job.
