Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews with HR and 2 managers on the phone. They asked for an introduction including your background + past exp. in work/intern. You need to be able to describe why you want to work in sales and what makes a good leader.
the fourth round was a mingle session which was pretty much the same with what everyone else described here. Overall they look for people with a personality that fits them rather than good/solid experience. They prefer people who are good are communication and know how to be a good team player.
