Applied through university career site. Within two weeks I received two phone screens, and was tested for basic algorithm/data structures. The interviewers were helpful and were able to answer all the questions I had about the company and the position. Unfortunately I didn't make it past the second, but it would have been followed by an onsite interview.

Applied via employee referral. A day or two after, I received email from recruiter to schedule phone screening. Very quick, efficient process. During phone screening call, recruiter was very friendly and helped answer questions I had about company. Overall positive experience although I was not given technical interview.
