Just an interview with 3 persons. One from HR and the other 2 from the department of the offer. They were really nice. It was like a conversation about me, my skills and my goals.

Applied online through campus job board. Got contacted for an interview a few weeks later, and had to complete two online tests before the interview. The interview was conducted by two people who asked a total of 3 questions if I remember correctly.

came on-campus ( at UT Dallas ) for interview, half an hour long interview. 3 interviewers were these. 1 Project Manager. 2. Team Lead. 3. Project Management Person. Technical and Managerial questions. The only issue I felt - they never returned back to me (neither with an offer nor a denial)
