Got first interview with the hiring manager and she asked many questions about my working experience in corporate business but my resume already stated I had been working as freelancer for the past 7 years. Then failed me with the reason that I am lacking of corporate experience. What a non-sense reason I've ever got in my career. When the requirements mentioned they are looking for candidates who are willing to learn but the reality is not.
