The interview was held at MBRDI office at Bengaluru. Before getting selected for the interview, I had a telephonic interview which consisted of technical questions. There were total of 3 rounds at MBRDI: 1st round-Technical Interview- Most of the questions were from projects accomplished during engineering career relevant to control systems, algorithms, sensors etc. 2nd round-Managerial round- Basis managerial questions. You have to show interest in the questions asked and participate actively in the conversation. Don't hesitate to ask questions. 3rd round- HR interview- Basic HR questions. There was a liitle mismanagement due to unavailability of interviewers on that day.
