1st interview was a recruiter interview, couldn't tell much about the company as an employee. 2nd interview was fairly simple but reserved and standoffish. HR would be in contact within a few days, ended up taking 2 weeks to hear anything.

Interview
I found the enthusiasm of the recruitment team to be contagious. It was very welcoming and I walked out of the interview knowing that MMC was a company that truly takes pride in excellence.

The first step was from the Staff Agency who scheduled the phone interview. Then followed up with a 2 Part Interview including the Introductory Meeting, Follow Up meeting consisting of Strengths and experience.

Interview
Simply put, friendly and didn't drill me with the standard interview questions. The man who interviewed me was really kind and genuine. Made me feel comfortable. Great company when it comes to diversity ect.
