Interview
My first interview was a phone interview with my supervisor that went very well. The interviewer was very kind and I was engaged in everything she had to say about the position. The second interview was difficult and awkward, it was a one way video interview in which I was prompted questions, then had to record myself giving an answer to these questions. It was difficult and nerve wracking. Finally I had a third video interview with another supervisor that went well. It felt better to be able to talk to a person again instead of answering questions on a recorded video of yourself. Overall the interview process was productive and informative.

Two 45-Min interviews with 4 people. Mostly behavioral questions, trying to get to know your personality. Not really any technical questions. They just try to get a sense of who you are.

Interview
I did one phone screening with HR. I did a phone call with a Sourcer. I did a video interview with a manager. I did four more separate interviews with the team, some with two people and some with one person. I waited two weeks for a response and heard nothing. The sourcer got back to me and wanted to me to meet with another THREE people. I declined as they obviously did not respect the applicants time in having me wait weeks for a response and spend significant time interviewing with multiple people. This would be meeting a total of 10 people over a two month period for an entry level role. Very bad interview process and experience!
