Interview
One round of video interview asking 5 behavioral questions. The video interview was basically recording yourself and answering questions within the 3 minutes given for each question. The video interview took less than 30 minutes to complete. The final round interview at the office with several employees at Mercer.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mercer (Jakarta)
Interview
The interview consisted of several stages; the first one was a behavioural interview and the next was a Mettl assessment. There was a third stage which is a case interview, but I did not reach that round.

In the first stage, they asked me why I want to apply, what I know about Mercer, what makes me a good fit for the company, etc.
The interview process involved traditional “get to know you” interviews with team members and culminated in a case study and presentation in a format similar to what you would expect for a prestigious consulting firm.

I was asked to review a scenario and prepare a strategic response.
Rejected after the hirevue, don’t really like when companies only use it after application. The application was simple, nothing specific about the job, but I wish they did ask something specific.
