I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a two on one interview. It more of a conversation than an interview. They went down my resume and asked general questions about it. Then they asked me a few basic "tell them a time that you did this and how do you do it" questions. There were no questions that threw me for a curve. It was very laid back and they emailed me back within the next 2 weeks.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Berkeley, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I met on campus for an interview. The interviewer was friendly and engaging but did not seem really prepared, since she randomly chose questions from a list in front of her to ask from, which probably also led to a really fast interview. It was behaviorial based rather than technical, with very standard questions.

Question 1
Why did you choose the actuarial field? Tell me about past internship.
