I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2014
Interview
The process started with a relatively informal call with a Recruiter who gave background on the opportunity and answered all my questions. Next stage was a screen with the Hiring Manager. Final stage was a 2 hour meeting onsite with 4 people on the team for 30 minutes each. Each interviewer covered a particular area and it was informal in style. I expected some crazy questions to be thrown in but it was all very straightforward and enjoyable. The Recruiter kept me up to date on the timelines and prepared for every meeting.

Question 1
Background, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, negotiation/closing skills and approach to proactive sourcing.
I was surprised at how casually a team of recruiters took an interview with a fellow recruiter. Given that I did not receive an offer, I suspect the decision to not move forward was made early because my interviewers showed a very clear lack of interest in what I had to say. One even spent most of the interview sending messages on his phone.
Panel of 5 interviews, all virtual and one to one. Each had a different theme, my recruiter prepped me in advance. Looking for candidates to use the STAR method and discuss past experiences.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a colleague.
Started with a recruiting message, followed by a phone screen with the recruiter to talk through the role, expectations, and gauge overall interest and alignment. Then moved to a virtual onsite with 3 additional team members.
