first you interview with peers (panel of 2-3 SLP's, 1 PT, 1 OT) where you answer technical/practical questions, then you interview with supervisors and director of rehab where you answer the more basic HR questions

- What kind of scales do you use (DIGEST, Yale, DOSS)
- what is the most difficulty patient you've had
- what do you do to keep up with research
- how do you handle a teammate who is not practicing at the team's standards?
- what kind of person annoys you (HR question)
