Interview
Called in for an interview with the Assistant Manager which was easy and short. A couple days later I got another call asking to come in for a second interview with the store manager. This interview was a bit longer then the first but was still equally as easy and I was offered the job immediately after finishing the interview.

What future career are you interested in pursuing?
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Interview
Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
