I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Michaels (Downey, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
They interview you in the crafts room, its all very causal two managers were there but really only one was conducting the interview. Be prepare to tell them about yourself and why you want to work for Michaels. The whole thing probably didn’t take more then 10 minutes. I found out I got the job an hour later.

Where would you recommend two estranged friends to go out to eat? And Why?
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.

Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
